Cooler, insulated and functional bag manufacturing
The highest-repeat line we produce. Functional bags are bought on a cycle rather than on fashion, and buyers reorder the same specification for years — which is exactly what a private label relationship is worth.
What we produce
- Cooler bags — 6, 12, 24 and 36 can formats, zip or flap closure, rigid or soft base
- Insulated lunch bags — single-portion to family size, wipe-clean interiors
- Toiletry and wash bags — PVC, EVA or TPU coated, hanging hook, waterproof lining
- Tool bags — open mouth, multi-pocket, 1680D for abrasion, rigid base
- Storage and packing organisers — cube sets, cable organisers, shoe bags
- Wine and bottle carriers — insulated and padded formats
What actually determines how long it stays cold
Buyers ask for "a cooler bag" and then compare quotations that are not the same product. Three variables decide the performance, and all three are visible in the price.
- Insulation thickness. A 2 mm PE foam liner and a 10 mm EPE or PU foam wall are not comparable, and the difference is not visible in a photograph. Ask for the foam type and thickness in the specification.
- Lining material. Aluminium foil laminate reflects radiant heat and wipes clean; a PEVA lining is cheaper and punctures more easily; a leak-proof heat-sealed interior is a different construction entirely and the one that matters if the bag will carry ice.
- Closure. A zip across the top with a lid over it holds temperature far better than any flap. If the customer's use case involves a full day, spec the zip.
This is a category where a claim on the packaging — "keeps cold for 12 hours" — becomes a compliance question, not a marketing one. If you plan to print a performance claim, it needs to be substantiated. See the compliance guide for how the EU treats unsupported claims.

Frequently asked
Can I print a "keeps cold for X hours" claim?
You can, but you have to be able to substantiate it, and in the EU unsupported environmental or performance claims are being actively enforced. The safe route is to test the finished specification against the intended use and keep the record. We will supply the construction details you need for that test.
Is a leak-proof cooler bag possible at this MOQ?
Yes, with a heat-sealed interior rather than a sewn one. It changes the construction and adds cost, and it has to be specified at sampling stage — it cannot be retrofitted after the sample is approved.
Do PVC and PEVA linings have regulatory issues in Europe?
PVC can contain phthalates that are restricted under REACH, particularly DEHP, DBP, DIBP and BBP. If your product is intended for the EU, specify a phthalate-free formulation and get the test report. PEVA is a common substitute and avoids the issue entirely.
Which functional bags have the best reorder rate?
Insulated lunch bags and toiletry bags. Both are bought to a repeating cycle rather than to a season, and both are cheap enough that buyers will not switch supplier over a few cents. If you want one line to build a stable base on, start there.
Tell us the capacity, the closure and the lining.
Those three answers are most of the quotation. We will send the rest back within 48 hours.
